Enrique Olvera and Santiago Pérez are the managing partners of Casamata. They oversee creativity and administration respectively, working hand in hand with Gonzalo Gout, Director of Operations and Yana Volfson, Director of Beverage.

Olvera, Pérez and De Garay partnered in 2014 founding Cosme in the Flatiron District in NY. Soon after, due to critical success but recognizing the need for fare that was more casual, they opened Atla in 2017.

Every project has its own identity. Each restaurant responds to its context, to the city it lives in. However, all of them have a critical uniting element: the tireless pursuit of impeccable execution while having fun in the process.

We want to share our culture, receive our guests as if they were coming to our home, heighten the produce with which we work. We are passionate about details and deeply care for the vast universe of ingredients that Mexico and our localities provide, for the techniques we inherited and have learned along the way, and for our team and the guests we serve. We provide this food, beverage, and service in meticulously designed spaces while always working with a deep passion for detail and care.
